I made supplí again the other day, and since one of my friends who was partaking in the feast had an amazing camera, I though I’d ask him to take a couple of pictures. The pictures came out almost as great as the supplí themselves, so here they are! Click here for the recipe to make these wonderful antipasti!
The reason some of them are darker is because I ran out of breadcrumbs, so I had to make my own. Unfortunately, I burnt them - hence the dark colour. They still tasted great though.
